Dr. Marianne Moore is the Medical Director for Gothams-Massachusetts where she leads teams focused on providing infusion, injection, and oral therapies for both COVID-19 prevention and treatment. Marianne is a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician currently practicing Primary Care at the multidisciplinary North Shore Physicians Group. Additionally, she is a clinical instructor for Internal Medicine Residents from the NSMC Residency Program and an instructor for Mass General Brigham-Salem in Serious Illness Care. During the initial Covid-19 surge in 2020, Dr. Moore volunteered to return temporarily to hospital-based medicine to care for COVID-19 patients. This experience motivated her to remain active in delivery of care specific to the pandemic. Dr. Moore served as Medical Director of Curative, leading teams in the provision of vaccine for Massachusetts. She collaborated with a national team of doctors, nurses and operations staff while providing the medical expertise and oversight to open and run 3 large COVID-19 mass vaccination sites and numerous mobile units for the State. As the Medical Director for Gothams-Massachusetts, Marianne continues clinical efforts in prevention and treatment of COVID-19. This includes creation of medical teams, provision of clinical policies and procedures, medical oversight of clinical practice, and collaboration with Ops teams as we continue to provide care and optimize responsiveness to the ever-changing challenges of the pandemic.
